Toni- Aesthetic Nurse

My Story

About Toni - Founder of Orchard Aesthetics

"I qualified as a registered nurse in 1998 and am currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an independent nurse prescriber.

I love living in Devon, making the most of the outdoors with my husband, friends, and dogs. My older son has recently completed his degree, and we're very proud of him.

Throughout my career, I've gained diverse experience working in various settings, including general medicine, surgery, intensive care, school nursing, and as a diabetes specialist nurse. I later returned to general practice at a busy local surgery part-time, where I discovered my passion for helping people live their best lives every day. Recently, I left the NHS to focus fully on running my own clinic alongside managing our holiday accommodation.

My journey in aesthetic medicine began in 2013 with the establishment of my clinic, then known as Orchard Clinic. In 2019, I enhanced my aesthetic training at Harley Academy in London and qualified with AlumierMD and Mesoestetic UK. I am currently working towards a Level 7 qualification in aesthetic medicine (Master's level), which I temporarily postponed to ensure my clinic meets all requirements and runs smoothly. Continuing my professional development is crucial, particularly in the constantly evolving field of aesthetics.

In 2022, I founded Orchard Aesthetics. The clinic has grown organically, and I'm thrilled to have Angela on board to help ensure patient safety remains our top priority.

I am a member of the ACE (Aesthetic Complications Expert Group), the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), and the Comma community, a global network for aesthetic medicine. I am fully insured with Hamilton Fraser insurance to work anywhere in the UK and am legally responsible and accountable to all my patients as an independent medical professional.

Having my own clinic allows me the luxury of getting to know my patients personally, ensuring they receive appropriate, ethical, and holistic treatment in a clinical setting.

Securing support from the Bridge Trust in 2019 was a significant achievement, affirming our shared commitment to safe and clinically appropriate aesthetic procedures.

As a nurse, seeing the newfound confidence in my patients is incredibly rewarding. "Confidence in your skin – that's what truly makes you beautiful." – B. Brown

Angela- Clinical Aesthetician

My Story

I have 8 years experience in General Practice, I currently work as a Health Care Assistant in a busy local surgery. I undertook my GP Assistant qualification with the University of Chester in 2019. Within my NHS role I carry out a range of clinical duties including phlebotomy, ECGs and injections.

I have recently reduced my hours in my NHS role to dedicate more time to Orchard Aesthetics and pursue my passion for skin. I'm thrilled to be working alongside Toni. With my experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and care to our patients. Helping them achieve their desired results on their own personal skincare journey is incredibly rewarding. Having struggled with acne as a teenager and in my early 20s, I understand the challenges. These personal experiences motivated me to train in this field and educate others on how best to care for their skin. I wish I had access to a clinic like ours back then.

I also help Toni behind the scenes with the smooth running, administration and marketing of Orchard Aesthetics. I am AlumierMD and Mesoestetic trained, Chemical Peels are my favourite treatment! I love meeting our patients in clinic.

I’m a keen runner, love spending time outdoors and enjoying the beauty of where we live!
